Article 1 (General Provisions)

  1. These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) define the conditions for using kokuchi.party (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). Users agree to the Terms before using the Site.
  2. The Terms apply to all services provided by the Site.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following conduct when using the Site:

  1. Infringing on the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights or trademarks, of others.
  2. Posting defamatory or inappropriate content.
  3. Engaging in spamming or posting for advertising purposes.
  4. Unauthorized access or interference with the system.
  5. Impersonating others.
  6. Engaging in activities that violate laws or public order and morals.

Article 3 (User-Provided Content)

  1. The copyright of the content (such as event information, comments, etc.) posted by users on the Site belongs to the users. However, users allow the Site to use the posted content.
  2. Users are responsible for the legality of the content they post.

Article 4 (Privacy and Handling of Personal Information)

  1. The Site will not share or sell any personal information provided by users except for when it is based on laws and regulations. The Site will not use it for any purpose except for logging in and send non-marketing operational emails (e.g. email adderess), and for diagnostics and normal operation of a web server (e.g. IP address, browser information).
  2. By creating an account, the user explicitly consent to The Site's processing of such information within the meaning of the GDPR.
  3. The Site do not use any trackers on the App, such as Google Analytics or AdSense. The Site do use several cookies for operational purposes (e.g. logging user in, storing user preferences). Those are not "third-party" or "tracking" cookies.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Site is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of event information posted by users.
  2. The Site is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Site.

Article 6 (Changes to Services and Terms)

  1. The Site may change, suspend, or terminate its services with prior notice to users.
  2. The Site may change the Terms as necessary. Users who continue to use the Site after the Terms have been changed are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
  3. Changes to the Terms will be announced on the Site.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the court with jurisdiction over the location of the administrator of this site
